What data and systems do you work with?

Most common operational sources: retailer POS, distributor reports, syndicated data, ERPs, and internal sales systems. For ERP work we implement and run Odoo. If you have a specific source or stack, let's discuss it.

How long does it take to get going?

An analytics setup typically takes 2–4 weeks, with first insights inside the first 10 business days. A full Odoo implementation is usually live in 90 days. We scope timing to the work up front.

Do you only advise, or do you build?

We build. The engagement runs from the decision through the system that executes it — the dashboard, the planogram, the Odoo workflow — handed over working, not left as a deck.

What if we only need one pillar?

That's fine. Many clients start with a single pillar — Analytics, Category Management, Odoo ERP, or Operational Consulting — and expand later if it makes sense.
