We start with a discovery conversation, then map how your operation runs today: the data sources, the hand-offs, and the points where a decision has nowhere to land. The aim is a clear picture before anyone proposes a fix.
Once the call is made, we build the thing that executes it: a dashboard, a planogram, an Odoo workflow. We connect your data sources, configure the system around your process, and work with your IT team to keep the data flowing securely.
Once the system is live, we don't disappear. We run it alongside your team, hand it over working, and stay on call as the operation changes and new decisions come up.

An analytics setup typically takes 2–4 weeks, with first insights inside the first 10 business days. A full Odoo implementation is usually live in 90 days. We scope timing to the work up front.
